Over the past three years, Fondazione Pesenti Ets has collaborated with Fondazione Intercultura to offer scholarships to young students from the province of Bergamo and the regions of Campania, Lombardy and Piedmont.

In 2020, the Fondazione awarded three scholarships for a year abroad, reserved for students born between July 1, 2003 and August 31, 2006. Unfortunately, in the extraordinary context of the pandemic, only two of the winning students were actually able to take advantage of the scholarship and travel abroad.

In 2021, the Fondazione Pesenti Ets continued its commitment to support the project, awarding three new scholarships to students born between January 1, 2004 and August 31, 2007. On this occasion, four students were involved and were given the opportunity to participate in the program, recovering their unused scholarship from the previous year. Also during 2021, support for Intercultura was extended to a new initiative “At School in Europe” in partnership with the Giovanni Agnelli Foundation and UniCredit Foundation. This partnership made it possible to award 15 scholarships for as many three-month programs in Flemish Belgium, France, the Czech Republic, Serbia and Switzerland to deserving students with a family income of up to 65.000.00 euros, enrolled in the third classes of Technical Institutes in the areas of Agriculture, Agribusiness and Agroindustry, Information Technology and Telecommunications, Tourism, and Vocational Institutes in the areas of Agriculture, Rural Development, Valorization of Territorial Products and Management of Forest and Mountain Resources, and Food and Wine and Hospitality.

Nel 2022, Fondazione Pesenti Ets ha proseguito la sua collaborazione con Fondazione Intercultura, lanciando un nuovo bando per l’assegnazione di tre borse di studio destinate a studenti di eccellenza nati tra il 1° gennaio 2005 e il 31 agosto 2008, al fine di permettere loro di vivere e studiare per un intero anno scolastico in Europa.
