The third edition of the “At School in Europe” project sponsored by Fondazione Intercultura, in partnership with Fondazione Pesenti, Fondazione Agnelli and Unicredit Foundation, enabled 15 deserving students to have a three-month study experience in different European cities.

Here are thoughts on their experience from some of the young people supported by the Fondazione Pesenti.

Antonio A.

Back from the three-month program in the Czech Republic. “I thank the me from a year ago who had the courage to make the decision to live abroad for 3 months. It was the most magical experience there is, if only I could go back I would do it a million more times…”

Massimo D.

Back from the quarterly program in Serbia. “It was a special trip. Being from Eastern Europe, it’s like it brought me closer to my own people and culture. I was really surprised by the beauty and warmth of Serbia, a smiling and kind country where everyone is willing to help you.”

Mattia Edoardo F.

Back from the quarterly program in Hungary. “This trimester, which is ending, has been a dream come true. Ever since I was a child I have wanted to have an experience abroad, and this one has exceeded my expectations. I have learned and am continuing to learn so much, not only culturally, but also about myself and my potential.”

Francesco G.

Back from the three-month program in Turkey. “The Turkish community is super welcoming and made me feel at home right away. This experience gave me mole emotions and allowed me to learn many things.”

Giovanni Z.

Back from the quarterly program in Belgium Flemish. “Everything that is happening is very good and this fills me with joy immensely. I am happy with everything that is happening and especially that I have not yet found an obstacle so great that I have not been able to overcome it.”

The students’ words are a testament to the positive impact this kind of experience has had on them. The satisfaction of the students and their education is what makes Fondazione Pesenti Ets proud to renew its support for this project year after year.
