Fondazione Pesenti, as a Supporting Member of Fondazione Bergamo nella Storia, has renewed its commitment in 2024 to the cultural project of the Museo delle Storie di Bergamo, as part of the 2023–2025 three-year program.
This significant contribution goes beyond support for ordinary activities—it has enabled the launch of valuable new initiatives, such as the creation of permanent museums that enrich the city’s cultural offerings and strengthen the bond between Bergamo and its history. The contribution of Supporting Members has been, and continues to be, essential in guiding the Foundation’s strategic decisions, ensuring financial stability, and above all, fostering a shared vision rooted in dialogue, collaboration, and care for the city’s historical heritage.
It is precisely thanks to this spirit that Fondazione Bergamo nella Storia can continue to grow and to tell the story—through the Museo delle Storie di Bergamo—of a city rich in memory and in promise for the future.
The Museum is a network of seven sites distributed between Città Alta and Città Bassa, forming a widespread museum that takes visitors on a journey through time—from the Roman era to the twentieth century. Each site preserves stories, faces, sounds, and images that allow visitors to rediscover Bergamo from new perspectives.
Dal 2002 la Fondazione Bergamo nella Storia gestisce questo progetto culturale, nato dalla sinergia tra pubblico e privato, con l’obiettivo di tutelare, valorizzare e promuovere il patrimonio storico della città.
Telling, promoting, researching, investing—these are the four words that guide the daily work of the Foundation and its supporters, united by the belief that knowing history is the first step toward building the future.
