Thanks to a collaboration with Fondazione Pesenti Ets, the Intercultura Foundation has reserved a scholarship—within the framework of the annual or semester school program in Europe—specifically for daughters and sons of employees of companies affiliated with the Italmobiliare Group/Fondazione Pesenti. This opportunity is aimed at those interested in experiencing life and study abroad, starting in summer 2024.
This initiative complements other scholarships supported by Fondazione Pesenti for technical schools in Lombardy, Piedmont, and Campania (project “A scuola in Europa“) as well as for all high schools in the Bergamo area.
The initiative is organized by Intercultura ODV, a nonprofit volunteer association and leader in intercultural school exchanges, officially recognized by the President of the Republic. Since 1955, Intercultura has promoted international school experiences and exchanges in over 50 countries, sending more than 2,000 Italian students abroad every year.
Thanks to volunteers worldwide, Intercultura provides students and families with specific training, assistance throughout the program abroad, and certification of expected skills.
Candidates can choose from the following destinations. FOR ANNUAL SCHOOL PROGRAMS: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Latvia, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Hungary.
FOR SEMESTER PROGRAMS: Austria, Finland, France, Germany, Lithuania, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Switzerland.
Admission to Intercultura programs is by competition: all candidates must undergo a selection process starting with an online eligibility test, followed by a schedule defined by Intercultura volunteers in their area.
Those wishing to participate in the selection must create a personal account and complete the registration form on Intercultura’s website, www.intercultura.it/iscriviti, by November 10, 2023, at the latest.
