Saturday, May 27, 2006 – “Facing the Same Sea. In Dialogue with Morocco.” At the University of Bergamo, the Agency for Integration organized a day of meetings and activities aimed at strengthening mutual understanding, integration, and exchange between Morocco and Italy.
Fondazione Cav. Lav. Carlo Pesenti supported this meaningful initiative, which featured the participation of representatives from the Kingdom of Morocco in Italy, local authorities from Bergamo, the Universities of Casablanca and Bergamo, and associations of Moroccans in Italy and in the province of Bergamo.
The Agency for Integration was established on February 1, 2002, with the goal of facilitating, encouraging, and supporting integration. Its founding members include the Municipality and the Province of Bergamo, the Diocesan Caritas, the Nuovo Albergo Popolare, and the Migrantes Cooperative.
