DYNAMO CAMP | 2+ Million KM | 2022

Fondazione Pesenti ETS demonstrated a strong commitment to younger generations by supporting the 2022 edition of Dynamo Camp’s 2MKM project.

This sports-based charitable event aims to raise funds to provide Recreational Therapy programs for children and young people with serious or chronic illnesses, as well as for their families, at Dynamo Camp Onlus and in hospitals, associations, and family homes throughout Italy. The 2MKM project, held annually in the fall, is a fundraising initiative that converts the distances cycled by participants into donations. Employees of Italmobiliare and its portfolio companies were invited to ride a portion of the 50,000 kilometers that Fondazione Pesenti ETS donated on their behalf.

Thanks to the Foundation’s contribution, children and adolescents living with serious or chronic illnesses were given the opportunity to take part in therapeutic and recreational activities, offering them moments of fun and relief during their treatment journey.

By using an unrestricted donation model, Dynamo Camp was able to manage and allocate the funds according to the needs of its Recreational Therapy programs, ensuring a positive impact on both the beneficiaries and their families. The Foundation’s involvement in this project highlights its commitment to helping young people overcome the challenges of illness and experience moments of joy and hope.
