Fondazione Pesenti supports the projects and initiatives of the Association Amici di Cometa Onlus, in favor of the reception and education of young people.

Cometa is a place where children and young people are accompanied to grasp the meaning and beauty of life through sharing simple everyday moments, and where families are helped and supported in their educational journey.
From passion and commitment in the educational field, over the years various activities have arisen within Cometa, aiming to respond to the needs of an ever-growing number of children and young people.
MAIN ACTIVITIES OF COMETA
– day and residential foster care services and emergency intervention in family communities
– study support center and orientation services
– legal desk, counseling, and family mediation
– vocational training and programs to combat school dropout
– sports and summer activities
– job placement support
– training courses for employed, unemployed, and job seekers

– to promote harmonious development and growth of minors
– to encourage full expression of each person’s abilities and talents through study, knowledge, and experience
– to prevent difficulties in growth and combat school dropout by offering a stimulating and creative environment where everyone feels valued, gains self-confidence, and learns a trade
– to promote youth training through acquiring specialized skills with workshops and internships that lead them to work
